Six players turn non-winners into winners
JACKSON, MISS. – Scratch-off tickets that started as non-winners turned into a total of $540,000 for six players in the Mississippi Lottery’s July 2, 2024, 2nd Chance promotional drawing.
The 2nd Chance promotional drawing included six eligible scratch-off games. Winners will be contacted in the next week via a certified letter:
- $200,000: A Liberty player won from a $10 $200,000 Multiplier Mania scratch-off game purchased from B-Kwik #4 in Liberty.
- $100,000: A Jackson player won from a $5 Sizzling Hot 7’s scratch-off game purchased from Fuel Time 4 in Jackson.
- $100,000: A Sumrall player won from a $5 Power 5X scratch-off game purchased from Keith’s Superstore #137 in Hattiesburg.
- $100,000: A Bogue Chitto player won from a $5 $100,000 Multiplier Mania scratch-off game purchased from City Mart #1 in Brookhaven.
- $20,000: A Pearl player won from a $2 $20,000 Multiplier Mania scratch-off game purchased from Flowood Corner Market in Flowood.
- $20,000: An Ocean Springs player won from a $2 9’s in a Line scratch-off game purchased from Broome’s #2 in Ocean Springs.

Jackpot Update
The jackpot for the Powerball® drawing tonight, July 3, is up to an estimated $138 million, with an estimated cash value of $65.8 million. Tonight’s Lotto America® drawing is up to an estimated $4.24 million, with an estimated cash value of $2.02 million. The jackpot for the Mega Millions® drawing Friday, July 5, is an estimated $162 million and an estimated cash value of $74.5 million. Tonight’s Mississippi Match 5 drawing is an estimated $50 thousand.
Office closing
Mississippi Lottery headquarters will be closed Thursday, July 4, in observance of the holiday, reopening Friday, July 5, at 9 a.m.
