  1. WHO CAN ENTER: The Three Stooges® Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion is open to anyone 21 years of age or older. The following are not eligible to win any Mississippi Lottery promotional prizes: Mississippi Lottery board members, officers and employees; Mississippi Lottery retailers, vendors and their respective owners; and the spouses, children, siblings and parents of any of the foregoing that reside in the household thererof.
  2. TERM OF BONUS PROMOTION: The Bonus Promotion involves only the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion drawings conducted from Feb. 16, 2026, through April 27, 2026 (“Term”).
  3. FIELD OF ENTRIES AND DRAWING DATES: The field of entries is limited to non-winning Three Stooges instant lottery tickets entered into the Mississippi Lottery’s 2nd Chance Promotion during the time periods outlined below.

    Entries for each Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion drawing are comprised of non-winning Three Stooges instant scratch-off lottery tickets entered in the Mississippi Lottery’s 2nd Chance Promotion drawing during the entry period for each drawing. Each entrant is eligible to win once per drawing in this bonus promotion. Winners in previous Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion drawings are eligible to win in subsequent drawings in this bonus promotion. All Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion drawing entries received from 12:00 a.m. Feb. 3, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. April 25, 2026, including previous winners, are automatically entered into and eligible to win the final bonus promotional drawing prizes on April 27, 2026.

  4. DRAWING METHOD: Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion winners will be chosen by a random drawing.
  5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize in the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion are based on the total number of entries in each drawing.
  6. PRIZE ALLOCATION: The prizes awarded in each Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion drawing shall be allocated in the order of the entries selected.
  7. NO PRIZE EXCHANGE: All Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion prizes will be awarded as described. No substitutions.
  8. CONTACTING WINNERS: Each winning Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion entrant will be notified by certified mail (“Notification”).
  9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT: Winners must contact the Mississippi Lottery and acknowledge receipt of the notification within 10 business days of the winner’s receipt thereof (“Acknowledgement”). Methods of contact will be provided in the Notification. If the Mississippi Lottery does not receive an acknowledgement from the winner within 10 business days following the winner’s receipt of the notification, the prize is forfeited. An alternate winner of the prize may be selected, the prize may be held for a later drawing in the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion, or the prize may be held for a later, different promotion, at the Mississippi Lottery’s discretion.
  10. PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD: A Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion winner may claim their prize by submitting a Promotions Winner Claim Form (“Claim Form”) to the Mississippi Lottery along with their timely Acknowledgement. Alternatively, but only if a winner has timely provided an Acknowledgement to the Mississippi Lottery as set forth in Section 9 above, a winner may claim their prize by submitting a Claim Form to the Mississippi Lottery no later than 30 calendar days following the Mississippi Lottery’s receipt of the winner’s Acknowledgement. If the Mississippi Lottery does not receive a Claim Form from the winner within 30 calendar days following the Mississippi Lottery’s receipt of the winner’s Acknowledgement, the prize is forfeited. An alternate winner of the prize may be selected, the prize may be held for a later drawing in the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion, or the prize may be held for a later, different promotion, at the Mississippi Lottery’s discretion.
  11. WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Each Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion winner will be required to submit proper identification and complete a Claim Form – the same process used for prize claims for Mississippi Lottery games. Claims made by mail must be received by the Lottery within the specified prize claim period. The name on the entry, Claim Form and identification must match.   12. MAILING: The Mississippi Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen mail, and claims received after the deadline will be rejected.
  13. WINNERS LIST: The Mississippi Lottery will maintain a list of Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion winners and may publicize the winners’ city of residence or county of residence on the Mississippi Lottery website, social media or by other means. The city of residence for each winner may be announced in press releases and/or social media. Players have the option to remain anonymous or allow the publication of their name and/or photograph by checking the appropriate box on the Claim Form. Announcement of winners’ cities will be made public the Tuesday following the draw date on FaceBook Live.
  14. CONTEST ENTRIES AND PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Entries are limited solely to non-winning Three Stooges instant scratch-off tickets entered into the Mississippi Lottery’s website or on the official Mississippi Lottery app under the Bonus Promos link. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder/entrant to ensure all contact information entered is accurate.
  15. TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes on the total prize value, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. The Mississippi Lottery will withhold and deposit the initial state and federal taxes on behalf of the winner, as required by law. An IRS Form W-2G/1099 will be issued to the winner if required by law.
  16. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants in the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion agree the Mississippi Lottery shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damage or expenses resulting from or arising out of any aspect of use or acceptance of the prize.
  17. MODIFICATION: The Mississippi Lottery reserves the right to alter, suspend, terminate, end or extend the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion in any manner at any time prior to or during the Term, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Mississippi Lottery President.
  18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under and/or as a result of the Three Stooges Fun-O-Rama Bonus Promotion shall be the appropriate court in Rankin County, Mississippi.
