WHO CAN ENTER: The Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion is open to anyone 21 years of age or older. The following are not eligible to win any Mississippi Lottery promotional prizes: Mississippi Lottery board members, officers and employees; Mississippi Lottery retailers, vendors and their respective owners; and the spouses, children, siblings and parents of any of the foregoing that reside in the household thereof.
TERM OF PROMOTION: The Bonus Promotion involves only the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion drawings conducted from May 22, 2026, through July 31, 2026 (“Term”).

FIELD OF ENTRIES AND DRAWING DATES: The field of entries is limited to non-winning $2, $5 and $10 Wheel of Fortune (Games #246, 247, 248) instant scratch-off lottery tickets entered into the Mississippi Lottery’s Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion as outlined below.

Entries for each Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion drawing are comprised of non-winning $2, $5, and $10 Wheel of Fortune (Games #246, 247, 248) instant scratch-off lottery tickets entered in the Mississippi Lottery’s Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion drawing during the entry period for each drawing. Each entrant is eligible to win once per drawing in this bonus promotion. Winners in previous Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion drawings are eligible to win in subsequent drawings in this bonus promotion. All Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion drawing entries from 12:00 a.m. May 5, 2026, to 11:59 p.m. July 28, 2026, including previous winners, are automatically entered into and eligible to win the final Bonus Promotion drawing prizes on July 31, 2026.

TRIP PRIZE DESCRIPTION: Two (2) Real Wheel Experience prize winners will each receive a trip to Los Angeles, California plus $20,000 cash.

DRAWING METHOD: Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion winners will be chosen by a random drawing.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize in the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion are based on the total number of entries in each drawing.
PRIZE ALLOCATION: The prizes awarded in each Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion drawing shall be allocated in the order of the entries selected.
NO PRIZE EXCHANGE: All Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion prizes will be awarded as described. No substitutions.
CONTACTING WINNERS: Each winning Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion entrant will be notified by certified mail (“Notification”).
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT: Winners must contact the Mississippi Lottery and acknowledge receipt of the Notification within 10 business days of the winner’s receipt thereof (“Acknowledgement”). Methods of contact will be provided in the Notification. If the Mississippi Lottery does not receive an Acknowledgement from the winner within 10 business days following the winner’s receipt of the Notification, the prize is forfeited. An alternate winner of the prize may be selected, the prize may be held for a later drawing in the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion, or the prize may be held for a later, different promotion, at the Mississippi Lottery’s discretion.
PRIZE CLAIM PERIOD: A Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion winner may claim their prize by submitting a Promotions Winner Claim Form (“Claim Form”) to the Mississippi Lottery along with their timely Acknowledgement. Alternatively, but only if a winner has timely provided an Acknowledgement to the Mississippi Lottery as set forth in Section 9 above, a winner may claim their prize by submitting a Claim Form to the Mississippi Lottery no later than 30 calendar days following the Mississippi Lottery’s receipt of the winner’s Acknowledgement. If the Mississippi Lottery does not receive a Claim Form from the winner within 30 calendar days following the Mississippi Lottery’s receipt of the winner’s Acknowledgement, the prize is forfeited. An alternate winner of the prize may be selected, the prize may be held for a later drawing in the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion, or the prize may be held for a later, different promotion, at the Mississippi Lottery’s discretion.
WINNER REQUIREMENTS: Each Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion winner will be required to submit proper identification and complete a Claim Form – the same process used for prize claims for Mississippi Lottery games. Claims made by mail must be received by the Lottery within the specified prize claim period. The name and physical address on the entry, Claim Form and identification must match. MAILING: The Mississippi Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen mail, and claims received after the deadline will be rejected.
WINNERS LIST: The Mississippi Lottery will maintain a list of Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion winners and may publicize the winners’ hometowns or home counties on the Mississippi Lottery website, social media or by other means. Players have the right to remain anonymous or allow the publication of their name and/or photograph by checking the appropriate box on the Claim Form.
CONTEST ENTRIES AND PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Entries are limited solely to non-winning Wheel of Fortune instant scratch-off tickets entered into the Mississippi Lottery’s website or on the official Mississippi Lottery app under the Bonus Promos link. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder/entrant to ensure all contact information entered is accurate.
TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes on the total prize value, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. The Mississippi Lottery will withhold and deposit the initial state and federal taxes on behalf of the winner, as required by law. An IRS Form W-2G/1099 will be issued to the winner if required by law.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants in the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion agree the Mississippi Lottery shall have no liability for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damage or expenses resulting from or arising out of any aspect of use or acceptance of the prize.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The exclusive venue for any dispute arising under and/or as a result of the Wheel of Fortune Bonus Promotion shall be the appropriate court in Rankin County, Mississippi.
